Hotel DORFWIRT

Hotel Dorfwirt is in the neighborhood of Hotel Bichlhof. Initially the hotel was hosting families and couples. Later on, a restaurant was functioning within it, known by the locals as “Dorfschenke”.

Today, the hotel is completely renovated and is hosting mainly young visitors, school groups from Europe: Germany, England, Netherlands, Romania, etc. The old restaurant is functioning as a pizzeria, offering the tourists of Mallnitz delicious pizza-variations.

Nordic walking and hiking trails, as well as cross-country tracks start directly by the hotel. During winter time, the bus (free around town) to the Ankogel slopes and the Mölltaler glacier in the neighboring village Flattach stops at a distance of 20 m from the house.

Hotel facilities

The hotel was fully redecorated and refurbished in 2012 and it offers its guests a dining room and free access to wireless internet connection in the entire building.

Room description

The rooms are newly-furnished in rustic style. There are rooms with bunk beds for 2, 4, 6 or 8 persons. There is a bathroom with toilet, a mini fridge, as well as TFT-LCD in every room.
